How has the poor real estate market and lender problems affected DVC sales?

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but has DVC sales slowed? (Due to the slumping real estate market.)

Are they more strict about who qualifies for financing?

Any other ways they may be affected?

I was just curious about what some of you know or feel about this.
