they'll take you wherever the drivers decide is profitable. But will they take you to Aulani is another question....interesting to see how this 3 month trial run works out and where they will take you to.
Why wouldn't they? But will they take you to Aulani is another question
It is a long ride back, probably without a fare. Why wouldn't they?
Lyft drivers can decline a ride-request and they can also see where the passenger wants to go and decide if it's worth it or not. I can see some of them declining to go out to Kapolei since it's a 20-mile ride back to town.I do not think drivers have a choice who they are picking up or where they are going
Maybe, but it's risky. Most requested areas for Oahu (according to the Uber and Lyft sites) are Downtown, Waikiki, Manoa (where UH is), Ala Moana, Pearl City, Kailua, and Kaneohe. The closest city to Kapolei on that list is Pearl City - 10 miles away. But aren't there also people in Kapolei that want to go back to town?
