We are in 700 loop next to tiny house. 706

congratulations on arriving after travelling all that way!!! I thought that site looked familiar. We stayed in 706 back in 2016. probably one of the easiest to back into at the fort. Enjoy!!!!!!

Went grocery shopping when we got here and set up on Sunday and seen this at the Winn-Dixie


I have done work for the owner 3 different times and each time he has brought the crew lunch from his restaurant. He closed the restaurant and just makes the sauce now. He is going to be doing a expansion next year.

Love the Beverly beach camp town so much we stayed an extra day. Now we all have a nice sunburn. Very golf cart friendly and the funky pelican has some awesome food. Heading home today from our Disney/beach vacation. My son still talks about meeting Jack and Sally and he loves his BB8 droid we built.

This was the longest trip and most miles we have driven in our motorhome. We had an extremely fun time and it was great to meet snowmedic. Our next trip to the Fort is going to be at least a week and a preferred or premium site. The Fort is a real gem and we will be back.

I did make rope drop on first day at fort, but only at P&Js for coffee. Great way to start our stay. Not another person on the porch and the coffee is hot.

We now have the travelling FP. No wood but it is at the fort for use. It is a 706. Let me know if you want to use it. Proudmomof4 was kind enough to bring it from Tampa. It is in great condition.

Finally made it home last night after almost 10 hours on the road. No more issues on the highway thank goodness!! We had a very magical time at the Fort and look forward to doing it again. I learned a lot from watching this forum and soaking in Bama Ed's and everyone else's knowledge, thank you !! You guys are a true asset to this forum and helping people make the most of their Fort visit.

Today is our packing day, not liking that it is still in the 90's with high humidity. Really makes it hard to get in the camping spirit . Hope to be heading out sometime between boon and 3 tomorrow.

Wow, missed a whole day of posting. Yesterday we got up and DD had her Chocolate waffles, DW and I where saving room for lunch at Fishlips at Port Canaveral.
She had a bowl of lobster bisque and the shrimp risotto




I had the mahi tacos blackened


Food was good as usual, there were two ships in port, Carnival and I believe Royal Caribbean

From there it was back to the Fort but before a down pour just as we where getting on the 528. What is it with people almost coming to a stop in the middle of the road when it starts raining, or driving with there flashers on. But what ever, that would be like southerners coming up north and seeing northerners driving 65 on the interstateduring a blinding snow storm.

Got back to the Fort and did some looping, went swimming and looping at night again. Went up to P&J’s so DD could get a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner, that’s all she wanted, 4.80 I believe was the price.

Got up early to make breakfast, ham steak and eggs for DW &I and waffles for DD. Sitting at Aquatica now enjoying the sun before the rain comes back. Dinner tonight at CiCi’s then Disney Springs.

One more full day, ( Monday ) before we pack up and head home.
