French Onion Soup from Royal Palace. Rich and delicious!

Escargot from Royal Palace. Usually these are tender, flavorful in a garlicky butter. They were a miss this time around. Rubbery and oily and utterly gross.

Chateubriand-Roasted Filet Steak. Absolutely delicious and my favorite meal.

Birthday dessert. I‘m not entirely sure what this was, but it was chocolatey and light, like a mousse.

I am interested in doing this but I am worried that they are very sweet. Are they very sweet? Is there anyway to cut down on the sugar content when mixing the ingredient? TIA!
