Hi all!
I have recently started playing Pirates of the Caribbean Online, and with the latest update around Dec. 10, 2009, I have been encountering problems with loading, it freezes or a warning comes up saying, "POTCO has encountered an error". I have a brand new laptop, it's less than 3 months old, so I'm pretty sure it is not my computer. I have done a comprehensive computer scan, deleted all temporary files, cache, cookies, and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled POTCO 3 times. There's no difference. I have no idea what the cause of this could be, and I've done everything I could think of.
I plan on calling Disney POTCO Support tomorrow, and if nothing can be done, I'm asking for a refund! A game isn't worth the stress.
Any advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
