We are checking into Disney on August 7th.
Our first meal that we have planned is on August 9th.

I know next Monday, the 8th, is 180 out, so can I make ADRs on the 8th even though our first ADR place isn't until 8/9?

We want to eat at Le Cellier on the 9th so if I can try to book it next Monday all the better

You can start booking your ADRs 180 days from the date of your check-in date. And what is even better is that since you are staying on property, you can book 180 +10 days meaning you can start booking 180 days out from your check-in date + up to 10 days after that. So since you don't want to make your ADR for Le Cellier until the 9th, you can do so on your 180 day booking window. Hope this made sense.

Last time we booked ADRs they didn't have the 180 + 10
