Regarding EPCOT Passports, AK Safari Journals, and Stamps

I have a couple of questions so please bear with me.

The Animal Kingdom has a discovery type activity that is free. Kids collect stamps from a card that they handout.

dak has the discovery club and the safari journal

Are you allowed to get an EPCOT Passport stamped in AK? How many pages does it have (Does it have extra pages besides the 11 for the countries in World Showcase)?

What do the stamps in AK look like, i.e. are they country based e.g. Africa, Asia, (Dinoland) USA, like World Showcase? What's inside the Safari Journal (pictures, lines, how many pages, etc.)?
