Rose Petal Cottage ?

Hi everyone! DD3 and I have fallen in love with the rose petal cottage! It just looks so beautiful and I know dd would love it. However MIL bought her the cottage from Pottery Barn two years ago, so I feel like we have a playhouse and don't need another one. The problem is that my dd3 and ds2 don't ever seem to want to go into the PB house. I think because it is so closed up, kwim? And it is really small inside, with no room to expand. The rose petal cottage looks like it can be opened to give her more room.

Does anyone have this, or did anyone get this for their child? I'd love to know what it is like in real life!
