Not sure where to ask this...hopefully someone can help. In recent posts I've read much about the change in CMs and how service & attitude has gone downhill. I can't say that I've had that experience. I had a CM help me last year with something & couldn't remember his name-works at the Poly, so after this trip I did get his name. I would like to write a letter to ??? about the exceptional service he displayed. I think it should be sent to the Poly but not sure WHO it should be addressed to. Any info would be helpful!!! Thank you!
