We are on our way to the farewell party of our last night - the trip has been absolutely wonderful. Guides and trips were perfectly planned and all the families on our trip were great. Kids paired up in their age groups quickly and enjoyed each other's company the entire trip. All the tours, stops, and visits were timed perfectly to avoid crowded periods. Don't fret about the bike tour...it was a blast and easily done. Great way to see the monuments on Sunday afternoon. Hotels were first-class; the Mayflower in DC was beautiful and the Water Park was a huge hit with the kids. Lots of surprises and little happys each day and the guides really go all out to make your trip an experience to remember. This summer was our first "adventure" and we're definitely going on another next summer 
Only sad note is that it is almost impossible to beat the lines for declaration of independence without giving up an entire afternoon and not seeing other smithsonian museums.
