OMG Every time someone tells me they are going to be at Pandora for Opening, I get so jealousssss and cry a little on the inside! You definitely have to come back and tell me all about it on the Disboards!!!

I was wondering where you'd been! I have friends who went through law school so I understand to a point.
Did you happen to have any time last week to watch The View? They were broadcasting from AK and on Thurs. went behind the scenes into Pandora and now I'm way more excited to experience it!!

It's been years since I've watched any of the Indiana Jones movies and I've tried unsuccessfully to convince my boys to at least watch the first one. I think I heard a rumor they're making another one?

I don't like it with the narrator He's from TCM and I keep forgetting his name; I like him on the channel-he also just passed away recently. I feel like the narration takes away from the ride even though you didn't always have a great CM guiding you.

Lol, I was reading some cases the other night... and just kept thinking, "disboards, disboards, disboards, TR, finish! My disboard friends, I miss them, maybe I can skip making my briefs tonight." But, I did the right thing and finished my cases. haha.
Oh, and I totally had the View recording the other day but the DVR was too full with all of the other shows I haven't had time to watch. lol. I've watched Youtube though and I am SOOOOO excited for Pandora!!!!
Yessss, GWTW is awesome! I didn't like it as a kid, but now I LOVE it!
That's crazy your boys won't watch Indiana Jones, I thought for sure boys would love IJ! I heard a rumor about that too, but who knows I don't make it outside much anymore. lol.
See, the narrator is so monotoned but I like it better than the boring CMs that were like, "Ive done this 237 times in the past 3 days, I'm tired, look over here at Mary Poppins... yay."

Hellooooooo! I'm still alive... Sorry for all of the delays, like a months worth! I've been crazy busy with assignments, and oral arguments! Two weeks until finals, and I'll be normal again!!!

When we last left off, we had just finished up at One Man's Dream. We had a while to wait until our next fast passes, so we walked back towards the Muppets.

We watched the show, and then mom and I decided to walk around for a little bit.

At this point I wanted a snack, so I got on the My Disney Experience App and found out they sold no sugar added ice cream at Scoop's Ice Cream near ToT.

We ate our snacks, and Dad went his separate way to ride RnR, and ToT, while mom and I went shopping. I had a terrible headache, so I decided to forgo those two.

While we were shopping, we heard some very loud music and noises. Mom and I walked outside of the shop... and found these people.

The stormtroopers continued walking up and down the street about twice, and it was quite the show. Mom and I have never watched Star Wars in our lives, don't judge! While the Stormtroopers were walking up and down the street, mom said "Stormtroopers stole my Christmas. They took the lights away for this?!"

No no no, lol. I explained to her about the impending new parts of the park, and why they had to take the lights down. It was pretty sad this year to not see the Osbourne lights, but I'm excited for the changes!!

After shopping, mom and I went to get some water at Starring Rolls. We took a short break, and people watched for a while!

After sitting down for a while, we went to watch The Little Mermaid. The water splashing was SOOOO cold, and mom's reaction was hilarious.

Finally, it was time for our Fastpasses for Toy Story Mania!

To my surprise, mom beat me! I was SHOCKED! The line was too long to have a rematch... but that's one of my selling points for the next trip!

We met back up with dad, and headed towards Star Tours.

We entered the fast pass line, and grabbed our glasses.
If anyone read my last TR, you would know the story behind the Oakleys and these glasses by now. They do look similar...

While riding Star Tours, I'm pretty sure someone pooped their pants. It was awful. One of those little dips into the caverns was too much for someone to handle.

After Star Tours, we began to walk out and saw a man digging through the glasses bins for his sunglasses... Dad was instantly happy he was no longer the only man to have done this mix up!

We met back up with mom, and headed towards Prime Time for our Adr's for dinner!

Mom ordered the Chicken Pot Pie.

Dad got the sampler plate...

I ordered the pot roast, which was AMAZING as always!

For dessert, dad ordered a strawberry shake, while mom and I ordered the no sugar added cheesecake.

After dinner, we stayed and watched the Star Wars Galagtic Show, which was pretty neat! I wish we could've seen it a little bit better, but it was awesome nonetheless.

Everyone was tired, so we decided to head back to CBR.

The line at the bus stop was CRAZY long, and there was no sign of a bus coming for quite a while. We were lucky to have a bus driver working the crosswalk telling us jokes, and talking. It was pretty nice of him to entertain, and he was VERY sweet!

Once back at CBR, we had a towel Mickey in the room!

Mom went down to the laundromat and decided to wash some clothes, yes... on Christmas.
While dad and I walked to Old Port Royal to grab some drinks. On our way, we saw Illuminations going off!

We walked back to the laundry room, which was located behind the pool area.

The laundry room was nice, and mom had pulled in a chair from the pool area to sit on and wait.

They had a pretty cool website on your phone where you could monitor how much longer your washer or dryer cycle had left.

Once the laundry was done we wandered back to the room, put the clothes away, and watched TV until we fell asleep. Overall it was a pretty awesome Christmas, mainly because it was spent in Disney!

Hey ya'll! I'm back after my long hiatus due to school.
I took my last final exam this afternoon, and now I can officially say I have completed my first year of law school!!! WOOOOO!

So, now that's out of the way... on with the TR!

Oh, and I guess I should explain to those of you reading how I persuaded my parents to do Disney at Christmas again. Well, thanks to all of you awesome DisBoards people, I saw that free dining was about to be announced.

After a few weeks of contemplating my attack, the day was finally here. I checked my school schedule with mom's (she's a high school teacher), and realized we would both be on Christmas break at the same time. SCORE! Next, I priced up a week during Christmas and went in for the kill.

At first it was a no go, but I said... "You know that's free dining right? We have to book it before it sells out, they only set apart a small amount of each room type so we HAVEEEE to book today."

She replied, "okay, how much is the deposit?"

With that I was on the phone with Disney, booking my next vacay... hahahaha. I'm lucky, and truly blessed to have such an awesome family! They support my schooling, craziness, Disney addiction, and take me on vacations. We are about to go on a Royal Caribbean Cruise next month, so I was SHOCKED she agreed to the Disney trip... but then again I'm good at what I do.

After the trip was booked, I texted dad with "Hey dad, what color magic band do you want?"
He responded, "blue." BLAH... that's such a lame reaction. But, then again it was like midnight and he was at work. The next morning he was pretty pumped and told me, "I have no idea how you pulled that off, if being a lawyer doesn't work out, you would make a great con artist."

HAHAHA. Thanks dad, but I want to put people in jail... not be put in jail myself!

Alright, so TR... when I last left off we had concluded our Christmas Day at Hollywood Studios.
The next morning, dad and I woke up early and went off to Animal Kingdom for the day. Mom decided to stay behind and rest, so that dad and I could go ride Everest like crazy.

I was starving, and told dad I really wanted to grab something to eat for breakfast, which we usually never do at WDW. We decided to walk towards Africa, and see if we could find something I wanted to eat... except I'm super picky with breakfast foods. I don't really like breakfast... (crazy, I know).

Along the way in Harambe, we took some pictures.

Unsuccessful in finding food, we jumped in line for the safari. It was posted at 30 minutes, but we only waited about 10!
