I just finished posting what I have so far. I just wanted to alert everyone that if their miles seem high last week, it's because the calendar has caught up with us again and the first week in October on the spreadsheet actually has 2 weeks of activity.
Thanks to everyone who has been posting regularly. Team Ohana has the lead for hours and is in the top 3 for miles! Everyone else: Get those miles/minutes in! It's too close to the end of the year to slack off now! I know you're all out there training....make sure you report it.

I did some serious training last week: (for me, anyway!)

I wish the bike I use for spin class had an odometer on it. As it is now I can only report the hours. Anybody know what distance is typically covered during an hour spin class?

I'll warn you guys in advance -- this is going to be a very low week for me. I'm leaving Wed - Sat. for a business trip, so I won't be working out. Next week will see a sharp improvement, We're starting our Half marathon training!

Le sigh, back to the real world after vacation! No working out while noshing at Disney, sorry! But I did get us race mileage at RFTT!!

OK - light looking week this week because my long run ended up in next week. HATE when that happens! So the upcoming week is going to be large, but these miles have to go in as well:

For the week ending 10/19, I had 14.4 miles, and 2 hours, 43 minutes.

For the week ending 10/26, I had 56.5 miles, and 6 hours, 11 minutes.

I am way behind in posting. I didn't realize I hadn't posted before I left for WDW. As for spin class, in 30 minutes I did 5 miles when we were on the cruise as they had an odometer on the bike I used. I have been using that to caluculate for spin class since we got back.

I haven't done much running lately. I'm on a rest period in my training. I'm seeing a personal trainer who's setting my calendar and he wasn't me to rest and recover these weeks, so next week should be starting training up again.
