You know......That traders list, some people filed mail fraud against Tiffany Williams
Filing Mail Fraud charges for the state of Florida. Might be worth looking into:
http://www.traderlist.com/Florida.html
It's an automated service. The number is (813) 281-5200. The form to request
when money is sent and nothing received is "Failure to Provide Merchandise
Ordered". The message says that the whole process can take 4-6 weeks. May
be easier in some cases to call the local police department in the 'offenders' area.

I just read the last few pages of this, and I wanted to say how horrible I feel for all of you. Hopfully this was a fluke, and you are right, karma will get her if she did this intentionally to all of you. After this much time, there really is no excuse for not getting in touch with all of you. She certainly covered her tracks well. I would contact the authorities in her area, and since you all used the postal service to send the money orders to her, I believe there is some law about that that makes the crime a federal crime. Something about crimes being committed through the mail. Maybe someone who has time can look into it. Good luck!
From the USPS website:
U.S. Postal Inspectors investigate any crime in which the U.S. Mail is used to further a scheme--whether it originated in the mail, by telephone, or on the Internet. The use of the U.S. Mail is what makes it mail fraud.

I don't have any proof I paid her. Once she got my Money Order, I threw away my copy. I never thought this would happen. I didn't think I would need to save it for proof I paid her. So I don't know if I am able to help or not.

I have some good news. I received this email
Thank you for your request. Your request to have your photos reinstated to your Disney's PhotoPass account has been sent to the appropriate team. You will be notified within the next 7 business days with an update of your recovery request.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your Disney's PhotoPass photos can be recovered or reinstated back into your account.
So maybe we could get our photos back but what if cost the full price for the cd?? I would be willing to split again if that was my only choice.
We could do it threw paypal so everyone would feel safe. I have like 148 feedback on ebay at 100% user name crowncrazymamma28. I would be glad to do it if it means getting my pictures. I could make a copy for everyone or do on snapfish. Or maybe a easier way is to send pictures to walmart photo center on a cd and everyone could pick it up at their walmart. That would cut down on cost. I think a cd at walmart is about $3.00. These are just some ideas if we get the pictures back.
I still have my money order copy with her name & address on it. It has Sept Photoswap on the description and you are listed in our group so that should help.
Do still have any emails from her? You have this message board, if the authorities look at it from the beginning they can see where it was organized and I'm sure she probably posted that the group has paid, CD has been ordered and so on. What I would do is print those pages NOW so incase she signs on to edit anything!
I would keep an extra watchful eye on your bank accounts and credit reports.
While I do hope that you all get your vacation photos...I might be hesitant to notify the police or the Attorney General considering the legality of the Photopass swap is questionable.
