I've done 3, and 2 of the 3 are on the list.

Star Wars Anaheim was #1-loved the on course support.
Rock and Roll Las Vegas a close #2-the Vegas strip at night/enough said.

#3 was the Star Wars Disneyworld, that one was just missing something-too many dead spots/not much course support.
