WARNING-Laser Pointer incident in 2000 Loop

I don't think they've ever removed anyone at any time of day or night. I know of an incident where some campers at the Fort set their neighbor's site on fire. Fire department had to come and all. The victim got moved to another site. Fire starters stayed put.

They were allowed to stay on property after starting a campsite at FW on fire with someone in it...? I’m confused.

I'm confused too. What does it mean to set someone else's site on fire? When I read this, I'm imagining burning chairs and a melting trailer. Did they start a camp fire? Caught a tree on fire? This makes no sense.

Camping etiquette has gone out the window. Especially at places like the Fort. People who've never camped show up to their previously backed in unit and let the kids loose. They have no idea about walking through sites, where to park, hours etc. I love some of the nice campgrounds where a host escorts you to the site, goes over the park rules etc. I don't recall, but does the Fort include "basic campground courtesy" in any written literature? We gave up on some private campgrounds years ago do to the "hey we're camping let's be a**holes and holler, play unbearable loud music, build a campfire that could burn a city...." Now we stick to public lands. Peace and quiet and mainly filled with respectful campers who enjoy the great outdoors.

HUMAN etiquette has gone out the window! In general, people have lost their common decency and couth. (In fact, spell check does not believe couth is even a word, and likely wants to replace it with something out of the 'urban dictionary')

I am not the most proper person, but I have noticed a lack of common respect, decency, and courtesy with each passing year... :(

Regarding the fire, if it’s the one I’m thinking of; the people came back to their site after dark to discover the people in the site next to them had moved an unapproved firepit into the area between the sites. The pine needles were burning but the fire had not reached the camper yet. The people who had caused the fire then proceeded to torment the ones who had reported the fire, to the point where the reporters had to be moved for their own safety. As they were moving, the people who had started the fire started cheering.

@proudmomof4, yes, that is exactly the incident I was talking about. They had previous negative interaction with the fire starting group. Because of that, it seemed very intentional. I was in disbelief that they were not evicted and permanently trespassed from Disney.
