Partially homemade pizza and fries in the air fryer.
DH is bringing home ground beef to make burgers with the fries in air fryer so I don't have to do anything.

Haven't been well and missed work due to having to see doctors. Possible impending surgery if my body doesn't get its act together.

Tonight we are having sausage or bratwurst and sweet corn. Not sure if DH will eat the corn because the kernels are small

we’ve been eating leftovers from Mother’s Day yesterday, today and probably tomorrow. Pulled pork, Mac and cheese, fruit and cowboy beans.

I wasn’t really hungry last night so I didn’t eat so of course now I want lunch which I rarely eat. Took some Tuscan bean soup with kale and sausage out the freezer and will eat that. It’s 2 servings so it’ll be fine if none is left.
Hopefully this will return me to my normal eating schedule.

Firecracker Meatballs but with ground chicken instead of beef for this time and jasmine rice. I also didn't have any fresh ginger but ground ginger does fine. Well, I thought we were getting fast food because our windows are getting replaced today....but got a call that is being moved to tomorrow because of a problem as the house before us.
Now we are back to salad night. Layered SW salad

Starting to empty my fridge. Our remodel starts next week! Veggie drawers will be emptied tonight. Making fresh salsa, guacamole, squash casserole and a giant salad.
