What are the best (and cheapest) ways of getting from WDW to PC?

First time harmony cruiser here. Right now I am assuming we will stay the night before the cruise leaves at our DVC Resort. So what are the best ways to get from WDW to Port Canaveral the morning of the cruise?

Rent a car at one of the various rental areas around WDW and drive to the port. Several of the rental companies are right by the ports and offer free shuttles.

agreed. One way rentals are relatively cheap and common for MCO-port canaveral.

Most convenient (but pricier) is a car service as they'll pick you up when you want and drop you off at the baggage drop.

We stayed one night before our Oasis cruise last year at our DVC then had a car service (Tony Hinds) pick us up in one of his vans. Way overkill for 2 people but we wanted a private vehicle and did not want to bother renting a car. He comes highly recommended on the DCL forum. We are doing the same for our Harmony cruise in September except there are 2 couples going so we will split the cost.
