Is there one brand of tofu you recommend over another? The recipe calls for soft tofu. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I found a recipe for a spinach artichoke spread that uses soft tofu. It got some pretty good reviews. I am hoping it will become a new favorite healthy recipe.
