Anyone hear anything about what rides may be closed during the initial reopening? In 2019 and 2020 trips, I couldn't get on Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland or at WDW, so probably won't go until the Star Wars land is fully back up and running...
Technically a lost of attractions that will or will not be running has not been released, but the guidelines only mention a time limit on indoor rides. That time limit has yet to be explained as well. But so far it seems all rides may be running unless the time limit excludes certain indoor rides like ROTR or space mountain, guardians, etc.Anyone hear anything about what rides may be closed during the initial reopening? In yesterday’s Disney news release, ROTR was mentioned by name so it sounds to me like it will be open. But of course this is a fluid situation, likely, and I count on or expect nothing .But so far it seems all rides may be running unless the time limit excludes certain indoor rides like ROTR or space mountain, guardians, etc.
We may be surprised! I know there are a ton of CA residents, But I think unlike TOD and the WDW reopening it won't have the entire country logging on at once to get tickets, that has to give some relief to the whole process, but only time will tell lol.In yesterday’s Disney news release, ROTR is mentioned by name so it sounds to me like it will be open. Now: as for me, I’ll aim for an opening-day ticket. However, I’ll take whatever I can get. I imagine the process will be fraught and frenzied. Kind of like rope drop on Christmas ;-).
I hope to be pleasantly surprised . Whatever happens, like countless others, I’ll report back here .We may be surprised! I didn't think I'd return while masks are still required....but I've changed my mind. I am fully vaccinated and have Big Time Cabin Fever. So what I hope to do is go as soon as reservations are available at GCH. Hopefully they will have shorter-stay packages with tickets. I plan to eat a lot of park food to compensate for the lack of indoor attractions. That's my plan.

I will do my best, as will we all. Not sure when I’ll be able to do weekly reports again but at least we’ve now got an opening date. And I’m fully vaccinated .Oh yay I was going to message you and ask if you were going to go. I have missed your weekly posts and photos.
