Disney didn't want to deal with people lining up outside for days
I would wager this. Billy Dee is popular enough, but a Hamill autograph line would probably queue up before the park even closed the day prior, leading to some... difficulties.

this happens every night during SWW, people start making the line Thursday night, even before park closing, for Friday, then Saturday and Sunday.
Mark Hamill would be people making that line for more than 1 day...
Speaking of making money... Have they ever done Jedi training for adults?
As we get closer to our first ever SWW trip, I, too was hoping someone would confirm that my plans are reasonable. I have been so stressed trying to make it as fun as I can for my DH and two DS (9 and 5). Any thoughts, comments, etc would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Again, thanks for this wonderful thread!!!
If they have both done JTA before (at HS and DL) should we try for PMC. I thought we might divide and conquer if one wants to do JTA and the other wants PMC. How easily will these fit into our schedules?looks good, remember that the kids have to be with you to sign up for JTA and/or PMC

How long is PMC? If we could get the 4:30, could we make our FP for Visit to the Maul on Friday.Last year PMC was at 2:10 and 4:30, JTA is thru out the day
She may be deciding whether to check a bag or not. And I would plan to check one.

Being a SWW newbie, I went ahead and booked the Feel the Force premium package for 6/8 and secured a FP for the Stars of the Saga talk show. I know it's going to be an insane weekend because of the MH appearance so I wanted to secure the shows/attractions/experience that were most important to us. What am I missing? Anything? Everything?

What I don't get is why not sell a $250 ticket for MH for an autograph session. It would have been sold out in no time. No need for waiting in line, no need for extra security, the mouse would make a profit...
Thanks. I was hoping to go all carry on since it's a three day trip. No biggie. I'll check a bag
The show is about 25 minutes.

So count on at least 30 minutes. Great, thanks. Will keep that in mind. There is probably five minutes of crowd and chaos getting the toy and getting back together after.
