FYI you can buy the Disney discounted gift cards on Sam's club website to get the savings AND if you use your Disney Visa, you get even more of a deal! You CAN NOT use the Visa IN STORE but, you CAN use it online!! We are saving up to purchase our gift cards soon. All in all, we'll have quite a bit of savings from doing it this way!

I think the 5% off WAS the glitch. It's likely that it is now "fixed" and we are done with the stacking. Oh well.

Wasn't talking about stacking, just the 5% off for using the Red card. Now that they're back in stock, we have confirmation the 5% isn't working on them online. Others have said it's still working in the actual store to get 5% off using your Red card and an employee on here said they think it's a glitch, so here's hoping!

The 5% Red Card discount is not working at Target.com. When the I put one Disney Gift Card in the cart along with another item the discount only comes off the other item not the Disney Gift Card

I went ahead and went in to Target today and got the rest of what I needed to pay off my room. $475 worth of gift cards and I did get the 5% off. I figured when the gift cards came back up online the discount would be gone and it looks like I was right!

Well, the Target stacking was nice while it lasted. Luckily, I was able to purchase all but about $75 worth of my planned GC's for this trip. For my next one, I will switch to Sam's Club. Their $150 cards are only $0.48 more than Target and that can be negated, and more, by purchasing Sam's/WalMart gift cards from an online discounter.

Darn I just bought a target gift card too. Oh well. So I don't have a Kroger near me and I don't have a SAMs club near me either. I'm not sure what I can really do for a decent discount on the Disney Clift cards anymore. I might be out of luck

I'm confused by what you mean. To get the 5% off in the store, you have to pay with your Red Card. How did you end up paying with your AMEX gift card? Did you have 2 transactions?

I suspect that they had no way to close the hole other than just completely remove 5% with red card on all gift card transactions.

I got the 5% yesterday in-store with red card debit. Anyone else NOT get the discount in-store today?

Target always got a little business from me, but the disney cards made me a weekly shopper. No gift card discount, and I will likely back off outside of good cartwheel deals.

Did you do anything to clear the "unavailable"? Mine is still saying that.

Disney cards are showing available online now but when you add them to your cart it shows unavailable. So seems like they're having problems and hopefully will fix the glitch and we get our 5% off again

the website is still glitchy, in some cases it will come up with the error screen and then sometimes it will come up with the travel gift cards. 5% off still not showing online, darn it. Even if using red card.
