Hi
In March we were able to redeem the Canadian Ticket offer in Downtown Disney Springs at the new guest relations building. This saved us time when wanting to get into the parks with the crowds.
Hugs Mel
If not I guess we'll have to hit the ticket window outside the MK. on arrival day.
What do you mean by ticket booth? Just the reg window to walk up and purchase park tickets?I redeemed ticket vouchers in March. When we were checking in to the resort the CM asked if I had the Canadian offer tickets and then told me that they could only be redeemed at a park. Just to test the info I stopped at the concierge the following morning and was told the exact same thing. When you arrive at the park you can go to ANY ticket booth or guest relations. You will find that guest relations has a long line but there will be several ticket booths with not a single person waiting. We exchanged ours at Epcot and did it at the ticket booth(the line at guest relations had approx. 50 people). It took about 3 minutes and passports were required.
If DS guest relations will do it for you, most likely, you will find there to be a long wait. It's always very busy there.
Another question. First night for brother to save money will be CBR. Then they move to Contemporary for 9 nights ( fight cancelled and moved us up a day early. Extra expense not planned for)
We are told that we can get the package tickets active a day early. Since he will be at disney springs that day can he go to guest relations there to sort it out the day early?( rather than a ticket window or guest relations at Mk....on Dec 31...
Yes.What do you mean by ticket booth? Just the reg window to walk up and purchase park tickets?
Do you know if you can upgrade to APs at the ticket booths too, or just Guest Relations? When you arrive at the park you can go to ANY ticket booth or guest relations.

Quick question,
Thought I'd post the second time in this Canadian thread. Did anyone book a package (room + canadian tickets) and was able to book FastPasses 60 days out ? Did the 60 day booking window automatically open at the 60 day mark ?
Thank you so much!!Yes, if you have an onsite resort reservation and linked tickets, you can do trial booking within 30 days range. Once your 60-day window opens, you would be able to book FP+ for your length of stay (if it's within 10 days I think).
Just guest relations. I upgraded in April at guest relations, while I was there I was told for straight activations you can use the ticket booth, any changes have to be done at guest relations.
We actually upgraded our canadian tickets to annual passes at a ticket booth in the TTC. The tickets had been validated earlier at the GR office in Disney Springs since we weren't sure we'd want to upgrade
