This is typical Disney that they say any resort reservation, then screw it up and the website blocks people. My husband is on hold trying to see if member services has any way to book it with our non DVC reservation #.

Would be nice if they would fix it.

Thank you so much for posting the link. I didn't receive the email even though I had verified on my profile last week that everything was set correctly. We are going the 28th thanks to the link & will be there celebrating DS's 21st birthday. We had our reservation long before the party was announced, so are thrilled that I was able to add this on!

Registered! It's going to be difficult for us in the future. Right now we have 2 who don't need tickets due to age. Our family size exceeds the ticket limit. :/

JUst got throught to member services. They told me that they are sending me an email to sign up for the Jan 28 date. Said I should receive shortly since I have a reservation. Will let you know when email come in. Said if I don't get one to call back shortly. Took 25 minutes to get through at 9:00

Are you staying at a DVC resort, or just "On Property"....I am just On property. Booked a weekend trip just for this....with a flight....not happy.

Can you share that link when you get it?

It worked for me. I copied and pasted my member number and the reservation number from the member dashboard.

Based on past events, I would say yes. But who knows with Disney IT. Good luck!

As long as they are on the reservation, you should be fine in the future. We exceeded the max of 6, but since everyone is on the reservation, I was able to register our whole party (7 people).

Just got my reservations. Had to copy and paste my member number. It wouldn’t recognize it when I typed it. Had to use your link posted, still no email. The event is now posted on the event calendar but with no link to register. Frustrating.

I keep getting a submission error.

I have hand typed in my member number and reservation number, I have copied and pasted from my dashboard, I have double checked with MDE.

I am on a 35 minute hold.

I am afraid it will be sold out before I can get our tickets.!

Just a note for those copying and pasting and having issues....try typing the numbers in.

I am in IT, and when you copy text, it can have some character encoding information with it, so even though the number looks the same, it may have additional junk on it that can cause errors. Not saying this is the problem....just saying it COULD be

Keep trying! The first time I entered my info it said it was incorrect. 2nd time worked!

For 2016 & 2017, the MK Moonlight Magic Events didn't fully book out until after the off-site booking window opened.
