I think the food at Chick-Fil-A is just "okay". Good for fast food, but terribly overpriced & nothing worth going out of my way.

Disagree on CFA, but despise Chipotle. Did so even before the salmonella/food poisoning debacle. Overrated, overpriced, overhyped.

I agree Sean Conery is great but Roger Moore will always be James Bond to me.
And I'd go with Keaton for batman, though I'd go with Ceasar Romero for best joker. Frank Gorshwin for Riddler, and the kid from Gotham for Penguin. the actor who plays the Riddler on the show is very good as well.

I absolutely LOATHE reality tv shows. Not the ones centered around talent, signing etc.. some of those folks have real talent. i am talking specifically the ones where the put a bunch of people in a house or an island or where ever to fall in love or get in a fight....

I love beets.

I love beets! Sometimes I will buy a jar of pickled beets and eat them for a snack. lol

Same with olives. I haven't found one that I didn't like. Except some of the stuffed ones - but that is more the stuffing ingredient than the olive itself.

Myrtle Beach is a depressing dump and I question the judgment of anyone who chooses it as a vacation or retirement destination.

We've lived in SC for 20 years and never had the slightest urge to even visit Myrtle Beach. Everyone's like "OMG, you've NEVER been to Myrtle Beach?!?" Don't feel like I'm missing anything, sorry.

I can't stand (I know this is un-American) mac & cheese in any form! Elbow noodles make me gag, the cheese sauce makes me gag, I actually had a nun in 2nd grade make me eat some because it was served with lunch even though I tried to refuse politely. She regret that decision after I got sick a few minutes later. DH has to make it himself and for the kids if they want it because I don't even like the smell. The ironic thing is I absolutely adore fettuccine Alfredo- which is basically the same thing- noodles and cheese sauce! Stupid, I know...

I also don't like the taste of beer. I have tried lots of different types but the closest thing I like is a fruity ale or cider.

• I LOVE the scent of coconut (in lotions, hand soaps, or whatever) and enjoy foods prepared with coconut milk; HOWEVER, I can not stand actual coconut. I think it is a textural thing.
• I'm not a fan of door-to-door fundraisers for sports or clubs. It seems like every kid in the neighbourhood rings my doorbell in September, trying to sell me gift wrap, restaurant gift cards, or other items I have no use for. While I completely understand the need for fundraising, if I were the parent of a kid who was sent out to schlep catalogue merchandise or whatever, I would love the option of just handing over an additional sum of cash to cover whatever amount the organization would gain from our sales, without having to go out and harass everyone and then have to track everyone down to deliver whatever they have ordered. I feel like the only people who make good money on some of these ventures are the companies selling the junk to begin with and the organization receives very little. Handing over an additional $25 or $50 or even more is a small price to pay for my time and sanity and I feel like the organization would net more outright than they would through my child's fundraising efforts.
• I went and saw La La Land at the theater with my daughter after hearing about all of the hype it was getting. It was just okay. I'm not sure why it was considered such an incredible piece of work that it needed to sweep the awards.
• The smell of peanut butter makes me gag. I like all nuts (except the coconut mentioned above), but won't touch anything with pea"nuts" or peanut butter...even if it is coated in the most decadent chocolate! That would be a waste...like lipstick on a pig.
• I have no use for pretty much any condiments...no ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, pickles, hot sauce, etc. I eat my hot dogs plain, my french fries with just salt, and my sandwiches are mayo free.
• I have tried reading The Great Gatsby three times and just can NOT get into that novel. I gave up about two-thirds of the way through it in college. I used the knowledge I gained in the lectures to write the test. I feel like I shouldn't watch the movie without reading the book first, so I will likely die never having seen it.
