Why would Chapek ok this expenditure when Disney is still not paying a dividend to stock holders. I love watching football, but this surprised me.

Because this will generate BIG money. I am sure it cost a lot to get the rights but he would not have done it if the ROI wasn't there. I guarantee this will generate profits.

Why would Genie+ and LL affect each other at all? You don't need to have one to use the other, they should be independent.

Genie+ is used to book LL's. There are then ILL's that can be paid for separately. LL is just the line name, how you are able to book it is the difference.

I thought we were mixing LL + IA+. They could not have named this system worse.

It sure is confusing. "Lightning Lane" refers to the queue - foremerly the FastPass queues. You can book access to LLs for included attractions through Genie+. You can also book access to LLs for the Individual Attraction Selections that you pay extra for. Either way, you are reporting to the Lightning Lane during your specified window. It really is all very poorly named.

All attractions have a LL, LL is just the line you use to get quick access to a ride. Genie+ gives you access to the LL for 40+ attractions. IA$/ILL is an extra fee for currently 8 attractions.

The reason to give all attractions the same LL designation is that the IA$/ILL rides could change based upon how attraction popularity changes or when new rides come on board (TRON, GOTG).

I mean my assumption would be that the 120 min rule would kick in after park open so lets say you purchase G+ and book a lightning lane at 7am but the return time you are assigned is already Noon-1.... if the park opened at 9am you could book a second lightning lane at 11am even though you already have a 12-1 return
