I totally understand and share your frustrationThat would be me. I was online and on the phone at 6am central time. Waited an hour on hold, got disconnected, online modification would not work even though the dates lined up perfectly. I actually called twice for a total of 3 hours on hold and came up empty handed. Feeling pretty defeated right now and looking forward to a glass of wine when the kids go to bed.
