Agreed!It’s about time. Board gave Chapek way too long of a leash.
I had to do a double take. Unbelievable.For a split-second, I literally wondered if today was April 1st.

DIS stock price down about 50% in one year.OK...forgive the ignorant question...I obviously get that no one is sad to see Chapek go but...what specifically about him was so odious? I'm mostly asking so I can get a sense of how many of the things I don't personally like about Disney's recent direction are likely to change because of his departure.
Chapek ran a program of raising prices and cutting spending which was seen by many as degrading the overall experience. Then they lost a ton of money anyway, which is how you become ex CEO very quickly.OK...forgive the ignorant question...I obviously get that no one is sad to see Chapek go but...what specifically about him was so odious? HI I am hoping that in my opinion he took away some of the magic disney created for Disneys Parks .
