Breakfast at Boardwalk

First stay at Boardwalk coming up next month. I understand there is no connected dining? We have to go outside to find the coffee shop is that correct? What is the best option for pre park breakfast if we aren't eating in the room?

Coffee shop is inside. Boardwalk deli and some other sit down restaurants are outside on the boardwalk.

As stated the coffee shop is inside near the villa elevators and you can also get pastries there. The Boardwalk deli is really the only other option if you aren't looking for a sit down breakfast. We love the Boardwalk, but it's really lacking in this area. Hopefully Big River is converted to a quick service.

The coffee shop inside BW, BW Deli outside on the BW, the QS at YC or get something from the YC TS to go, walk over to the Dolphin and get something from Fuel or even go to Picabu for a QS sit down. There is also a coffee shop inside the Swan (can't remember the name).

For a quick service, Carousel Coffee is in the lobby. Say hi to Mary! For a table service, there's the Trattoria out on the boardwalk. If you don't mind walking a bit over to the Yacht Club there's Ale & Compass which we've tried many times for lunch and dinner only but I hear good things about their breakfast. There's also the Marketplace at BC.

Just a little tip, there's the Belle Vue Lounge down on the Boardwalk Inn side of the lobby. It no longer serves breakfast but you can sit down and have your quick service breakfast indoors or out on the patio. DH always picked up his coffee and slice of banana bread every morning and headed up there with his laptop. It's very quiet and even though DCL picks up people from there on certain mornings, it still was pretty quiet.

I second Trattoria al Forno. Love their breakfast pizza.

We’ve taken the boat from Boardwalk to Epcot and then hopped onto the Skyliner to have breakfast at the Riviera. We usually do this when we’re starting our park day at either Hollywood Studios or EPCOT.

I miss Trattoria al Forno's to go breakfast that they offered for awhile after covid. We used mobile order for their breakfast 2 or 3 times per trip.
