Lol. I hope you have a great trip!No idea. We didn’t go yet . But she was ok when we were like in the regular crowd. So I can’t imagine this being worse than that

Here are our pictures from the seats and treats party Feb 24th. If is off center and there is that darned tree, but I though it was worth it to have the seat and not fight for a spot in the garden. Most people don’t seem to agree with me, but I didn’t want the stress of eating and then needing a spot, or taking the time to hold a spot early and then eat after. So it worked for us. Sorry two are sideways, I can’t remember how to turn them.I saw photos from this and thought the viewing angle was meh. We have a 5 year old and did the after party one
Thanks for the photos! It’s easier for us because we just have one. But the views are pretty good for seats and treatsHere are our pictures from the seats and treats party Feb 24th. We usually get there right around 7:30, get our treats, relax and talk about our trip. Then we head over to the viewing area.Hi! Going to WDW for the first time next month with husband and two kids, 6 and 9, and I asked our Disney agent to book a fireworks dessert party because I remembered having that book for our originally planned April 2020 trip. The reservation says it's the pre-party at Tomorrowland. I don't see anything about garden viewing area in it; is that a different party? Is what I booked okay for my kids' ages? It seems to start at 7:30 but I think fireworks aren't until 9pm--do people get there right at 7:30 or...? Thanks!!
Thanks for this information! I was considering the after party, but I think we will just stick with the preparty and hang out in the viewing area while the crowds mass exit.Just a tip for anyone doing the afterparty
If the park remains open following the fireworks, everyone staying in the parks is corraled through Tomorrowland terrace. It's a nightmare. If you were hoping to avoid being stuck in a sea of humanity, you need the preparty. There is no escort. Only pain
They need to cut that darn tree down if they are charging for that viewHere are our pictures from the seats and treats party Feb 24th. Are the spring rolls and ooey gooey toffee cake gone?
No one told us this when we went with a stroller. It was our first time there so we didn’t know how it worked. Every few minutes a CM would show up and scream that the railing was for wheelchairs (said nothing about strollers). We did the After Party on 3/8. Please be aware, the railing is reserved for strollers. We (everyone standing back there) were not told this prior to finding our spots and had to move after sitting there for 45 minutes. Getting back to the terrace for the actual party was a nightmare. I ended up getting split from my party and had to locate them in line. We did not have any children in our party but I think the children who were there could mostly see over the adults if they stayed toward the back or were right up front. We had at least one father put his child on his shoulders to view from a spot in the middle.
It’s not too bad and you don’t have to go to the dessert party area right away (we didn’t know this). You can take a few rides, but need to get back before it ends (10 pm? on a 9 pm fireworks night). Thanks for this information! It would have been nice as there were a couple of people sitting on the grass who got upset and didn’t know they were going to have to stand up.
They probably recently changed this due to complaints. On our party day back in Nov there was only one CM guarding the entrance and clearing the walkways. The party was overcrowded (but many CMs were near the party check-in area chatting) but we had a great view considering we entered 20 mins before fireworks. We are repeating it just for that reason. The cast members were escorting people with strollers into and thru the garden viewing area on 3/8. I'm assuming this is a CM preference on how those situations are handled. the railing at the front of the viewing area is for wheelchair/scooters but we were in the back and were told to move for the strollers.
