Meg, not sure who is cuter? Your niece or your furbaby!
Really, though your niece is so beautiful and your dog looks so sweet and gentle. Sorry about your nose. I hope Rob's appointments go well and that he is back to 100% very soon.
How long do you have to wait for your gown to ship?
I know - we have cuteness issues at my house. I think the baby wins... but Boo is a close second! lol... thanks for the kind words about Rob. To answer your question the gown shipped! It should be here within the next week.

I'm sorry to hear about your nose what a cute pic of your dog though!! Can't wait to hear more about your plans!!
My nose was really swollen for the week, but it seems to be back to normal now. I guess I didn't break it, but wowie - it sure felt like it! Thanks for the concern!

Wait... you are in Boston this week?
If you would like to meet up, let me know.
I didn't see this before I left!
I totally would have loved to meet you for coffee and chat - I had more time waiting around Mass General than anything! I'll PM you next time I head down to Worcester and we'll definitely plan to meet!

I love the updates! So glad you got the stick people....Arent those just adorable?! I love all the things you have made & the emory boards so cute! I need to do an update! Maybe I will tomorrow!
Thank you so much for the idea.
I also found my name (spelled correctly, I might add!) in Disney letters on the boards. I had no idea about the Dis-igners on here! They rock!

I need to get the square pin at the top and the cake cutting one...I have not seen them in Disney..I have the other 3.Are you obsessed with the pins too LOL?
I used to be completely obcessed with pins. I went on this incredible 20th birthday trip with my ex back in 2001. We stayed in Contemporary facing MK and for some reason, I don't know if it was Pixie Dust or what, people kept giving me Disney pins at the stores in the concourse. I came home with literally 50 pins! Unfortunately that relationship didn't last, so like an idiot I sold the pins when I broke up with him. I had a ton by then. Grrr dumb Meg!! So now I'm just slowly getting back into it. I got a Disney Fairy Tale weddings one that I'll post over the weekend. I'm being inspired by Tim after reading your TR. I'm going to collect Stitch pins.

the lanyard + wedding pins is such a good idea! I've been looking for something to get people who are important but not part of the official wedding party (aunts and uncles, etc.). That will be perfect!
Awesome! Glad I could help! Make sure to make yourself a lanyard as well!

Hey all,
Thanks for all the warm wishes for Rob and I as we went down to Mass General. I have really good news - he's going to be fine! The reason why we had to go screaming down to MA is that when Rob was born he came out without part of his esophagus. It was repaired, but every so often something gets out of wak and they have to check it out. The medical care up here in Northern Maine is minimal at best. So we have to go down to MA for specialist care. He was sick for three weeks with a really bad virus that just sapped him of all energy - he didn't even have enough energy to let the dogs out. He's probably about 85% better now. He went back to work today and that went well, so hopefully this is all in the past.
I tried to come home on Saturday, but there was this crazy wet rainy Nor'Easter that made driving dangerous. So we stayed down in Scarborough Maine (right outside of Portland) and I was able to get some more shopping done for the wedding. Rob and I actually had a date night - we went out to eat at On the Border and then off to Borders to go bookshopping. To us, that's a big deal now that we live 3 hours away from any of these places. I didn't want to tire him out or anything, but it was fun.
So I'm back up here in Northern Maine. We're already past peak for foliage - yuck! I'm back to school and work tomorrow, so I'll update more over the weekend with pictures of shopping, crafting and my usual general insanity.
I just really wanted to thank you all for the kind words about Rob. Disbrides rock!!
Peace
Love
and GO PATRIOTS!
-Meg
