At least it is something to look forward to in the mail

No socks have walked my way yet, but have hopes that they will arrive by the end of the week. I've noticed that over the past couple of years that there has been a slow down in delivery in general. What would take 9 days to get to Ontario a couple of years ago now takes up to 3 weeks. I can send a parcel surface mail to Australia and have it there in 8 days, and yet it takes a long time to get anything delivered in Canada. Yet Canada Post continues to up the postal rates without any improvement in service. So here's hoping the socks show up soon. Have a great day!

Well Nancy, after having a really rotten day yesterday, my socks finally walked their way to me this morning!! I'm in sock heaven!!!!
I received from Ashley:
A pair of black socks with pale blue polka dots
A pair of black, grey, white and pale green striped socks
A pair of dark blue socks with dragon flies on them
A pair of plain powder blue socks
A pair of dark blue socks with light blue stripes
A pair of black socks with shamrocks on them
A pair of black and green argyle socks with shamrocks
And finally a pair of Lime green striped Mary Jane slippers.

Ashley I love all the socks, and you went way beyond the call of duty when answering the ELF call. You are truely a greyt member of the board!
