Ok, any of you mid-Julyer's going to do a trip report? I'll be there July 11-20th and looking for others with TR then...always like to see if I run into any Dissers there!

It's so fun to meet other Disers in the parks! Last year, we had all posted pictures of ourselves as well as our ADRs and so many people from the July 09 group either met up or ran into each other. I had one meet planned but I ran into about 5 others and it was so great!

I have a very recognizable orange sling bag that is decorated in LGMH PLUS I had bride ears on so it was kind of hard to miss me! I felt like a celebrity ever time I heard someone call my name as I was walking through the parks or at my resort!

Unfortunately, I won't be there at the same time as you but I"m sure others will. Once more people start making ADRs, I'll start compiling a list so at least we can see if we'll be eating around the same time/place as others from this thread.

We'll probably be at the Universal Royal Pacific from July 13th to 18th, then we will DEFINITELY be at the Polynesian from July 18th to 22nd.

The first part of the trip is for the Harry Potter con that is going on for Universal's new HP section, then we'll move to the Poly and totally immerse ourselves in Disney. I'm getting ready to make our ADRs in a couple of days. OMG!!! I've never done this before!

That sounds like a great trip. We have never been to Universal - but I want to go see the Harry Potter World too (probably 2011 though).

You will love the Poly - we stayed there last year and it is a new favorite. I would go back in a heartbeat but we have not stayed at the Contemporary since it was remodeled so that is where we are going this year.

Welcome! It was my boyfriends first time to disney last year, and he absolutely loved epcot. We plan on spending most of our time there this year. We are only doing a day at universal to see harry potter, which i am so excited about but dont think is enough time.

How exciting for you! I remember "our" first trip together! It was the first trip that I ever planned on my own (other than going with my family). You are going to have so much fun planning and being there together.

DH and I REALLY want to see THe Wizarding World of Harry Potter but we feel like it would just be WAY to crowded this time around. Maybe next time....

We stayed at the Poly for our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need any help planning, we'll all help you with anything!

im starting to get a little nervous because we can make adrs in like a week and we aren't even booked yet! Do u guys recommend making adrs online or on the phone? can u make them online on your 180 day mark for your whole trip? im so confused lol.

I made my ADRs on-line and it was so easy. I did it before I was "officially" booked too. You just need to be logged into the Disney website - I forgot to log in at first, and of course nothing saved. I only did the first few days, and I was not paying any attention to the 180 days so I am not sure if you can do them all or not. On a positive note, all my ADRs were for the July 4th weekend,which is usually crowded, and I had no problem getting the times I wanted at Chef Mickeys or La Cellier - which are usually hard to get too. So, I would not worry too much.

I did mine online too like Wendy. I love doing it that way! Normally I have to make sure every day is planned before I get on the phone but once I decided on a single ADR, I put it in the computer and saved it. I was able to play around, find other times, etc. I really like doing it that way. I was a little late making them and it turned out that the last day of the trip I made an ADR for turned out to be exactly 180 days from the day I made them....so I'm not sure how the +10 works online.

Room for another?

We decided it'd be a while before we headed back to Disney and had a lovely all inclusive booked for much nearer to home for this summer but I started getting very itchy about it all and worried that I may get very bored, and how much our son would love disney EVEN more this year (he'll be 2 in April) and somehow I managed to sew the seed in DH brain too and as of yesterday we are coming to Disney AGAIN!!! Other holiday is getting binned.

So we're going to be at CSR from 11-25 July!! and we are officially excited!!

Only just realised that we're passed the 180 days for ADRs so I have some food planning to do ASAP.
