Online ADR's possibly working

Am I right in thinking there is a time advantage to booking online? Something like 6am eastern time online, versus 7am eastern time by phone or something like that?

The 'unable to retrieve your reservation' doesn't mean it's found it but won't let you see it - it just means it can't find it. You had entered the information in the correct format, so you didn't get the 'invalid phone number' error, that's all.

If you're staying onsite (which I'm assuming you are as you are trying to retrive your reservation) then you get the 90+10 advantage, but you can only get that online if you can access your reservation. If you can't then you can still call up and get the 10 day head start, though I suppose you might be an hour behind online guests whose trip starts the same day and who can access their reservations...

I can't see this getting fixed in the near future... I keep trying new phone number permutations as they come to me - I even tried Ft Wilderness as that's the last place I stayed onsite... :sad2:

Oh, so basically it means I have put in my info correctly, but for whatever reason the system just doesn't want to play with me?

Had the same problems - but I printed off the online reservations so I have it in black and white. I'm not worried if their system cannot work properly to bring them up. We intend going to the 4 reservations we've made and I'm fairly certain that we'll be ok :woohoo:

I had that yesterday when I tried to book my 90 + 10 days bookings, entered everything correctly and "couldnt retrieve my information".

Even though on the "my vacation" page I CAN retrieve my booking with the same info. Its just the restaurant bookings page that wont let me in.

Its not a UK booking glitch, I couldnt get it and I'm not in the UK and yesterday morning a number of people in the US had the same problem too.

Its VERY frustrating, I ended up back on the phone for the 7am call with a 30 minute wait, but got pretty much everything we wanted.

Just called WDTC to enquire about the telephone number attached to my reservation in order that I can make online ADRs on Weds....

She told me that she doesn't think online ADRs are available in the UK only in the US but that I can 'try' it on Wednesday!!! That was after I stopped her putting me through to dining reservations as I am not 90 days out yet.

I emailed about this 5 days ago but nothing other than automated response yet.

I'm pretty resigned to calling on Weds but it annoys me so much that there were no issues with a Honeymoon Registry when having booked through the UK system so why the big deal with this!?!? :scratchin

How on earth do you get the 12 digit number out of disney? I can't get anything from them at all.

I rang Dining 407-939-3463 in US and they eventually traced my reservation (took almost 20 mins) the CM gave me the 12 digit # to make it easier for ringing.

I emailed Disney UK a few days ago and got an email this afternoon with my US reservation number. Doesn't help me with checking my ADRs but at least I can try online check-in.

Eaxactly the same as I got this afternoon! I love how they totally ignored the issue! :lmao:

Fortunetly though they have given me a different US reservation number - so the one disney USA gave me must have been wrong...so I'm glad I emailed after all! :thumbsup2

made my ADRs by phone today and she seemed very relieved that I had the US conf # and it worked straight away so at least there was some benefit to having it even if I couldn't book online :upsidedow

I have had the following response from Disney UK - I now have the 12 digit US reference number and the telephone number that they have me listed as. I'll give it a go when I get to my 90 days, which is just 34 days away

I got all excited there - but it didn't last long! Just tried to retrieve an ADR previously made by phone using 442-082-2215 and it says "Phone number is invalid". Bugger! Also tried that format with the phone number I used to make my dining reservations (ie: 441 159 xxxx - omitting the last 2 numbers of my phone number) and still no joy. Back to the drawing board!

Hi,

When the ADR's first went online, I made a couple of rezzies that were better times than the ones I had made by phone. Obviously, I intended to cancel the originals, but as I can't access the new ones to confirm I have them, I have a bit of a dilemna! I do however have a confirmation email for the ones made online, but nothing for the ones I made over the phone. Is that right? Should I have received an email confirming my phone bookings?
Anyway, A couple of days ago, I was still playing around with times etc, and made another couple of rezzies. I tried to access them,(again), and couldn't, but then I noticed something different on the confirmation email. (stay with me!!) On the first email, My email address was quoted. On the second one, there was a telephone number underneath. I keyed that number in and it worked!! Still can't access those made by phone, or the first lot online, but hopefully this may help some of you!

The 4420822215 number doesn't work for me either. Maybe it's not updated yet but not hopeful.

I got the most useless reply to my Disney email imaginable today:
