Not a request, but I can't find the answer. I am Silver and can start booking tomorrow (2/27). What time can I actually book? Is at midnight?
 
Looking also at:

Dream, 8/13, 2 Adults, 1 Child (1 year old), no extras, cheapest inside stateroom

Dream, 8/20, 2 Adults, 1 Child (1 year old), no extras, cheapest inside stateroom

Sometime in the morning. I think 8AM is the official time, but people have reported the system online as early as 5AM some days.
