renting privately question

A friend of mine offered to rent us her studio AK DVC timeshare for 5 days. Are 5 people allowed in these rooms? The website says occupancy - 4, so I don't want to get to check in and have them throw us out. How does this work?

DVC Studio occupancy is 4. They will allow a fifth person if it is a child under 3 years old who can sleep in the pack & play.

Some AKV 1 bedroom units will sleep 5, when the new building opens..but studio occupancy is 4 adults plus a child under 3. No roll away beds or cots are provided at DVC resorts.
