I started listening to podcasts for this same reason.I know when I listen to books it helps me run slower than when I listen to music
I used to listen to My Favorite Murder while I ran, which is my favorite podcast, but they had a few too many cases that mentioned a runner either finding a dead body, or being murdered. Not very inspirational, and it tended to make me fun faster...I started listening to podcasts for this same reason.
I love this podcast! They are both hilarious and I like to get some real insight on races.It was also my first time listening to the Not Real Runners podcast.

I love this podcast!
Basically "back of the pack" runner/walkers who like to make extravagant costumes for their races. They usually do the runDisney events and they are also part of Rock N Blog for the Rock N Roll series. But they will chat about the races after they run them, rate them, and the medals. It's just entertaining and easy to listen to. I've legit laughed out loud on runs before listening to them.Tell me more about this... I love a good podcast!
