The problem is that it isn't any defined weight that is the problem. It tends to be a combination of shoulder width/chest width/thigh width/hips width. There's no way that they can define the limitations. You really need to use the test seats. There are normal and modified test seats at the front of rides that may be an issue.

Exactly. I'm 6' 4", 250 lbs. and have fit on everything on Universal property. On Hulk (and the other coasters), I may only get two or so "clicks" on the shoulder restraint but have plenty of seatbelt slack. Unfortunately, due to differing body types, there won't ever be an easy answer to this.
