If I'm reading it correctly, the 10% back from TopCashBack is good for both cash back card sales and discount gift cards this time. Previously the cash back cards were excluded. I think we can get Walmart gift cards with 10% cash back from raise and 2.5% raise cash, then purchase $50 Disney gift cards from Sam's for another 4.2% off (plus whatever shopping portal is best). Does this sound right?

I did a test transaction of a $25 Dave & Busters cash back gift card on Raise and it tracked on Topcashback at 10% back

Yes, I buy Walmart gift cards, then buy Disney gc's at Sam's club online for an additional discount.
