When I try to edit my order of solid colour bands I get the 7 dwarves error & on the other reservation of my split stay I get to checkout & get an error after hitting the purchase button.Has anyone been able to change a premium magic band after your order was placed if one you wanted becomes available?

I had one successful order for DH & I for an end of Aug trip. There is no way to edit after ordering. Even when they supposedly ran out (I ordered within the 1st hour 1st day).I meant an order that contained the premium bands, that I've already paid for. I don't even know where I would call to find out, there's no contact info in the e-mail

Now I have to wait until 2 wks before our trip to place an international phone call because my DH’s band already charged has turned grey & bands don’t ship internationally. So no, no way to edit.
After some issues and trying for 2 weeks I finally got the haunted mansion band!!! Let’s just hope that’s what comes lol
