Ok, has anyone had this happen? I got the box but it was empty? if so, whod you call/contact? Does anyone know who to write to?

Check the official rules to see if there is some type of contact info. there. Otherwise, I guess you could try calling different Disney numbers 'til you find somebody who knows how to connect you to the right ppl.

Was there a letter or anything in the box? How do you know it is from Disney - the label on the box?

Nothing at all in the box... and the label was from disney.

Try sending an email to the contact email on the Disney Site. I did about something else and received a call back from the executive offices. Supposedly. They should have a contact number to help you.

I would be suspicious that something may have been in there but "disappeared" in transit.

That's what happened to my box of checks from the bank a couple of years ago. When I filed a police report they said it was most likely an employee within the post office. And it was said in a matter way, as if it's common. I was told things disappear all the time and they sell it.

How did I find out they were actually stolen? A call from a local footwear place from an associate warning me a couple were trying to pass my check with a forged id, with my name on it....license and phone number didn't match the check. Smart...

I pick them up at the bank now...

Went to the mailbox today, and there were the 2 disney postcards I mailed on Monday. They mailed them to me instead of mailing them to Disney!! I just had to laugh. I had a strange feeling that might happen. I used the plain white USPS prestamped postcards. Put in big letters on front : TO Disney... then in a paragraph, my name, address, birthday, phone. Even still, they mailed it to me. Back to the postoffice we go....

I got my postcards back too! It is kind of crazy since I also put "to" on the front and "from" on the back. Here's hoping they get there this time!!!

Where did you get your address? I did this last year, then stopped for a while, then had the same problem as you when I tried to start up again with cards I had already addressed. The new address for this year is posted somewhere recently in this thread, I'm sorry I don't have it (I'm done sending them). I believe it's PO Box 8650 or something....? The other was significantly different. Same city, etc. but the box changed, and you'll get them back if you use the old address.

After over a year of sending postcards - I finally one! I got 2 sets of Mouse Ears, about 2 weeks apart! I was so excited.

And I've also had a few post cards sent to me, instead of to Disney. I have no idea why that happens.
