Ok after trying for days I finally beat that stupid quid only to be told I lost!!!!! Grrrr!!! Almost fell out of my chair! Anyone else have this happen??

OK, I gotta ask. How is everyone getting massive amounts of shills? I've managed to accumulate quite a lot after playing "Lose Your Marbles" all day and night (after so much playing, I think I've lost my marbles lol!), but you guys blow right past me. Please share your strategy lol. Also, how do you talk with the NPC's? I've tried clicking on various things and haven't gotten any response. Maybe they just don't like me lol! Thanks for your help!

rickyratsmom: I had the same problem you had with the squid. I clearly had about a quarter of my life left, he had none and was sprawled on the ground. But the window popped up and said the squid won (I took a screen shot of it, but I don't know how to post it.)
I tried a few times to defeat him. It didn't work correctly on my Vista laptop. When I threw the fireballs, they would only go to my character's right (my left when viewing the screen). This, of course, would not hit the squid at all since he is located on the righthand side of the screen. In order to hit him, I had to stand pressed up on the right edge of the screen which made me an easy target for him.
I decided to try again the next day. I used my XP computer, and it worked as I would have expected it to then. I defeated him my first try on that machine.

i dont know how to get the cheshire cat to follow me in the tumtum quest....the hint isnt helping...i think you have to give it the blue or red tart but i dont know how to give it..!!!

im not able to get the snake to fall asleep,,,it feel asleep the firt time but then i walked away and it woke up...now i cant make it fall asleep....if it does where do you get a rope?? please help!!

Okay...I killed the squid, got Cordelia out of the lake back in to cavern and now...NADA. There is no place to go with her from that room except by the board and world map. She follows me wherever I go after that, but how do I get her back to her dad? The only hint I keep getting is about using the hourglass and getting her out before the squid gets her again. And, I tried logging off of the game and getting back on again. Still the same.

Don't you just love these bugs? NOT! lol

edited to add: So since you can't just leave princess all alone by herself in a dank, dark cavern I took her home with me. At least she can stay warm and dry by the fireplace and that sofa I bought looks mighty comfy! LOL!

When I did it, I went back to that forest maze where you first see her father, back at the well. I'm thinking the tum tum took us, but not supper sure.

Unfortunately, I can't get back there. The tum tum doesn't take me there, and all the hint says it use the hourglass to get her out before the time runs out.
Of course i never saw a timer. Did anyone else? I would have thought a bar or graph thing would have appeared while doing it. hmm...

I haven't been on tonight to see if it works or not. I still need to be wrapping some gifts. lol

Maybe I can find time later this week. lol

Is anyone having trouble going to friends houses today? I try to go to his house, but I end up in an empty white house... the game seems to be knocking a letter off his character name when I go to his house, so I end up in an empty house of a non-existant character... The same thing is happening to him when he tries to come to my house.

I always leave my unicorn sleeping when I leave the game. When I return, she always has a gift for me. She must go out after I leave and stay out all night. Where else would she get all this stuff and she is always low on rest.
