Us reservation number

It seems like you can't - unless you can nearer to your time of travel. I want to know if I will be able to use it for online check-in. Crossed my mind on the weekend but dont really want to start a new thread that's going to end the same, so I will keep checking this one for a while.

Does yours keep telling you "Sorry, we are unable to retrieve your reservation at this time. Please try again later."??

Mine APPEARS to have associated my ressie with my dining, although I am too early to book. I am guessing based on that, that my info IS in their Disney system but I have been trying for months now and still no joy with calling up the main ressie.

I was able to retrieve my booking for my ADR's even though I can't book til early March. It brought up the "unable to retrieve your booking" when I was using the UK res number. I used the "abc12345" ref that is the US booking ref and it worked fine. Just thought I should mention just incase it's the wrong res number and you get to your ADR's and it's still not working.

It is getting close to booking day...anyone stressing?

Not really thought about them yet, we wrote a list but need to have a look this weekend at menus to confirm them. Stressed about them last year, 1st time we did it, this year very relaxed about it.

Yes, Yes and YES! Think it is because it is the first time, and eight people putting their faith in me - it has taken us hours to decide where to eat - I have no idea what I will do if cannot get the restaurants we want - faint I think :lmao::lmao:

Once I have my us res number how do you then put it in to the us site?

Thanks again every one this topic has been a big help

I rang disney and asked for US reservation no ......... she gave me 8 digit reference (3 letters, 5 digits) .... but I have read it shoudl be 12 - any help appreciated :goodvibes

They gave me an 8-digit reference too and it works in the same way as the 12-digit one, I tested it on the site.

for online check in and viewing your reservation
https://secure.reservations.disney....al_Default_Page&process=false&pageRender=true

For Online ADR's http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/
If that does't take you there
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/?forceDomestic=true
then click on discover then on dining. You then find the place you want to eat click on make a reservation. At this point under the heading Resort Guests & Dining Plan their is a hyperlink to Retrieve your reservation

As Lauren says it should work, give it a go on the links I have just posted, see if it works.

Do I need to log in/register before I can book on line or is the us reservation number sufficient.

Also how can I "play" for the next few days on the on line dining without booking!!

We got a 3 Letter 5 digit number but just tried to log in and it says number not recognised, why do some numbers work for some people and not others :confused3 , looks like i will have to ring back and try and get the 12 digit number.

When you enter your res# it should link any dining reservations to your hotel res.
To play with the site just don't go as far as accepting the res.

Its unbeleivable Wayne took me nearly 3 days of hassle and e mails to book next years cruise, now this - i think they have got it in for me:rotfl2:

I love Disney - I hate disney websites !!! , i dont think i can be doing with the stress so i will probably just call and make adrs over phone :thumbsup2

I know it sounds really obvious but have you made sure the rest of the info you're entering is correct, i.e. your arrival date and resort.

Yeah double checked it but still no joy - Ask Wayne about me and disney websites, we just dont get on :rotfl2:

I will either phone through and try to get the 12 digit number or just book adrs over phone when the time comes. I was going to e mail to try and get the 12 digit number but with my luck on disney websites i would say my chances of getting it are slim to none :rotfl:

 Oh dear! How annoying for you, I hope you manage to sort it. If not, at least it's simple enough to do your ADRs via phone. Good luck! :)

At least also now there is 180 days to book. The 90 day thing last year really was a stressful procedure - from reports it seems much easier to get ADRs at 180 days, so there's less urgency to get the extra 10 days. That said I'll still get in there at 190 days just to make sure :lmao:
