The numbers are for different pick up and Drop off area's..

I clicked on the port cam and I get a picture but you can't make anything out. A bit cloudy. Maybe it will clear by sail time

You can also check out the Radisson cam as well, especially when it gets closer to sailaway time. http://www.opusad.com/radissonwebcam/ Right now the Magic is sitting behind the Carnival ship on the Radisson cam.
