Great reviews! We are thinking of trying Tony's on our next trip but have heard so many bad reviews so it's nice to hear something good. Question - the bread looks like plain 'ol loaf bread - is it toasted or warmed or anything?

For the Tony's bread--I think it was warm, definitely not toasted. Like I said, our entrees came so quickly that I hardly paid any attention to the bread other than eating it with the spaghetti.
