Size matters too! Child, teen, adult small, medium, large & extra large and some are designed for tall people.
Fill, fabric and comfort level are hot topics, soo many choices!
And then there's additional options like, neck rest, built in cup holder, magazine and/or remote control pockets.
Some sites even sell the bed rest pillow without any fill, Design Your Own. Not sure about the starting price.

I think these are targeted. Last month when I was up for renewal (I have their $110 plus version), they gave me a similar offer. Except it was:

1. Add a mastercard and use it for the renewal
2. Use the same mastercard to make any purchase (I think I made a $16 as well)
3. Get $110 in rewards (making the renewal free)

I'm glad I turned off auto renewal in October because I didn't get the offer until shortly after, unless it was a coincidence.

ETA: and yes I was able to use the rewards on a Disney GC
