The Longest Chain Thread In Dis History!!!!!!!

I think that anyone who starts a longest thread should participate in the longest thread so we are going to start a new one called "the REAL longest chain thread in dis history" Anyone posting more than 20 times is welcome to call themselves a co-owner. I'm going to start it now.

So tonight I get it in my head to do some baking...decide to make Baklava...you have to understand that I do not consider myself a cook/baker but I like to try new recipes.

Did you know that baklava (at least my recipe) is made up of 40 layers of phyllo dough? Ok, I did cheat and used the ready made dough but still...that's layer after layer of stacking, buttering, topping. Whew! Two hours later, we were enjoying nice warm and gooey baklava.

DH says I should sell it! I said no one would pay me enough.

What new foods did you make recently?
