Calling All Men

mine happens to be Disney. My wife I think is so shocked at how much I am a sap when it comes to all things Disney...to my wife and kids delight. I'm a man's man but will find myself wiping tears when a sappy Disney commercial comes on.

I have never done it have you or anyone else if so let see some pictures . I would love to do it someday.

Not yet. My brother won a rookie experience at Loudon in NH last year. He had a great time and I just spectated. I'll try to find the pictures and post them.

maybe some year we can do the DIS Men Spring Training Extravaganza... :cool1:

ok...back to the real world :laundy:

Hey nascar-j. Enjoy your visit in 10 days!

Ever done the Petty Experience at WDW?

Sorry for the late reply. I missed this the other day.

I haven't done RP Driving Experience but my racing partner did it 2 years ago and loved it. He had a bunch of Am Ex points and took the full 30 lap course. He had a blast. We've been autocrossing and road course racing for a few years and he said RP was one of the best times he's had in a car. The speeds are awesome and once you get some confidence (after 10-15 laps) then they give you a little more latitude. I think he was lapping in the upper 130's and that's pretty fast for a little D-oval.

I hope you guys don't mind a gal crashing the party. I just wanted to say how
much I appreciate all your "short, sweet and to the point" posts and to also
share some very important information:

The Beer Flight at Raglan Road in PI is AWESOME.

:thumbsup2

Good to see you boys!

Guilty as charged. Addicted.

I don't post much, but read a ton.

Not as much this month due to parade activity (the Piper part of the name)

But will be ramping up as I approach my next trip to VWL at the end of April

This is such a good experience - sharing our thoughts on the board, reading about the new things happening at WDW. It is also a great spot to learn about ways to save money (codes, etc.) :surfweb:

I have to agree! The beer flight was awesome. And speaking of the Raglan Road, we tried it for the 1st time in December. Although they had lots of good looking items on the dinner menu, DW and I were really just in the mood for a burger.

We asked the waitress if they can make one since it was on the lunch menu. Well they did, and I have to say it was one of the BEST burgers we ever had. Great compliment to the beer flights!

My wife sees me on the DIS and says "Oh, looking at your porn again I see.":rotfl2:

I love WDW WAY more than she does, but she's coming around. Plus, now it's 3 against 1 as I've turned the kids into little Disney freaks, too! We've settled into a routine of Disney one year, beach or something else the next year, then Disney again the year after that. This is a something else year.:sad2: Oh well, next year is my 40th birthday and you better believe it's gonna be at the World - maybe the BC, but way more likely ASMovies!

Our wives must know each other. Mine tells me the same thing! She also refers to everyone on these boards as my "friends". Whenever there is a diney question, "why don't you go ask your friends".

She is as much of a nut as me, just doesn't frequent the boards. She leaves that to me.

I'm not the biggest male poster (that sounds vaguely off-color:rotfl2: ), but I'll bet I'm one of the earliest males to join DIS!

And just like you, Kenny, I'm way more addicted to the DIS than DW...but we are equally addicted to WDW!

not going to "touch" that first one...!

We've done WDW the last four years and it gets better each time. But like you I'm the DIS'er (just got hooked looking for DVC info) and the boss simply appreciates what I learn. Hakuna matata!!! :cool1:
